About Job:

Aero Business Solutions is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing high-level administrative support to our senior executives, and maintaining an organized and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for senior executives, managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
    • Screen phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
    • Assist in managing and prioritizing executive tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed.
    • Assist in managing budgets, expenses, and financial records.
    • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  3. Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient scheduling.
    • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective inter-departmental communication.
  4. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with HR for onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new employee workspaces and equipment.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive office culture by promoting team engagement and well-being.
    • Provide support to other teams as required, contributing to the overall success of the company.
  5. Office Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace for employees and guests.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Coordinate and plan office events, meetings, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • All graduates. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, office management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience or expertise in a similar executive support or office management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet tools like Gmail, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
